Tanner has been practicing various types of yoga since late 2022 and became a CYT-200HR, primarily trained in Vinyasa with basics in Nidra, less than a year into his journey. He has taught many classes but briefly stepped away from teaching due to life's circumstances. After auditioning with a large commercial yoga studio, he was accepted by a smaller independent studio a few months later.

Through consistent practice and networking within the commercial yoga studio, Tanner was offered a role in a nationally recognized marketing campaign published across social media platforms and the studio's website. Yoga has been a steadfast support for Tanner during challenging times, and he is dedicated to shaking the stigma behind the 'woo-woo' and helping others find their purpose on the mat.
